Join the sales team of a very well established and national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction and civils industry. Our client has a great reputation in the construction / civils industry and is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused National Key Account Manager to lead the development and growth of our national key accounts
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced B2B sales or key account professional with a background in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure youll play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering long term commercial growth.

Role & Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Business Development.
- Developing and manage strategic relationships with key national customers
- Identify, secure and grow new business opportunities across target sectors
- Create and implement account growth plans that maximise revenue.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, frameworks and long-term partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with regional sales teams to support major project opportunities.
- Lead customer review meetings and share market intelligence across the business.
- Support the preparation of tenders, PQQs and commercial bids.
- Promote innovative products and engineering solutions to influence major projects
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven success in B2B sales, business development or key account management.
- Experience within the construction, civils or infrastructure sector.
- A track record of growing strategic customer accounts.
- Strong commercial negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience managing frameworks, SLAs, tenders or PQQs
- Full product training will be given as well as continuous support
