Office support roles including customer service advisors and sales administrators, finance roles, marketing executives, HR advisors and internal sales.

Meet the team
Simon has been in the recruitment industry for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience in a range of technical markets covering sales and engineering professionals.
He currently works with candidates and clients within the construction industry and deals with a range of companies from large national PLC’s through to smaller single site SME’s. He also manages a small team of successful consultants and arranges the odd social!
Jenny has been recruiting commercial candidates across the West Midlands area for over 15 years. She loves developing good relationships with candidates and clients and has a natural passion for recruitment. Her typical roles range from customer service advisors through to telesales and finance.
Out of work Jenny loves to get stuck into some interior design and even a spot of gardening!
Hannah is an experienced recruiter with over 15 years experience. She works across the board assisting a range of clients in finding suitable candidates to match their specific needs and requirements. Hannah enjoys building client relationships, helping candidates find their ideal role and the challenge of sourcing individuals for diverse job roles. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, cooking, eating out and keeping fit.
Justine started with ST Selection in 2021 as a Resourcer with a background in banking and finance. She is now responsible for sourcing candidates, building client relationships, as well as any system and database developments.
Outside of work, Justine is a keen world traveller and is always planning her next trip abroad.
Rachael is a key member of the team, she supports all consultants with searching for candidates and helping with general administration. She has a procurement background and has helped many large well known brands to source food (mainly desserts!). Outside of work she loves the outdoors, camping and walking.
We are currently looking for bright talented people to join our team in Sutton Coldfield. We offer a bespoke one month training programme followed by continuous on the job training working alongside experienced consultants in our newly refurbished offices.
