Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our specialist division across the South East. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the nationals in equipment rental and play a key role in expanding our market share by developing strategic relationships with major customers and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Build and manage a pipeline of national and regional opportunities.
- Increase business within existing National Accounts.
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Support tender and bid opportunities to secure profitable business.
- Deliver product knowledge and Working at Height training across sales teams.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and National Accounts.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2 years proven business development / account management experience
- Experience within the Construction / Hire Industry is advantageous.
- A successful track record of account development and winning new business.
- Strong commercial awareness and tender/bid experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
