Our client has a great reputation in the construction / civils industry and is seeking a commercially driven Major Project Sales Manager to support our Scottish team and drive growth across major construction projects.

�� Role & Responsibilities

Build and manage a strong pipeline of major project opportunities
Grow revenue across Total & Bespoke Solutions
Develop long-term client relationships
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and commercial teams to win work
Negotiate trading agreements and support major scheme delivery
Provide accurate forecasts and market insight

�� Skills & Experience Required

Proven sales experience in a multi-site construction environment
Experience selling technical or engineered solutions
Strong track record of delivering revenue growth
Confident using CRM and pipeline management systems
