�� Role & Responsibilities
- Reporting into the General Manager
- Supporting depot operations while maximising sales performance and profitability.
- Performance reviews and coaching to create a high performing team environment.
- Manage daily hire desk activities and improve customer service standards
- Maintain excellent service delivery and coordinate transport activities within the depot
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective use of vehicles and hauliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, promoting a strong safety culture
- Ensure accurate stock records
- Maintain operational availability
�� Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years hire desk experience
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in plant hire, construction or related industries
