Field Based Sales
Join the team of a national company with a great reputation in the construction hire industry. Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to grow business across areas within London. You will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales, rentals and profitability across the portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities
- Grow revenue from existing customer accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits
- Negotiate, renew, and manage customer rate agreements
- Drive rate improvements and cross-sell opportunities
- Support major and mega projects with local representation
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain CRM records
Skills & Experience Required
- 2 years’ experience in a field-based sales role.
- Strong understanding of construction or hire industry.
- Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware, organised, and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence
- Full product training will be given as well as continuous support
