Join the sales team of a respected national company that supplies equipment and services into the construction industry. Our client has a great reputation in construction hire and is seeking a confident and dynamic area sales manager with a hunger and talent for winning new business and developing existing accounts. This is a brilliant opportunity for an area sales manager with a construction background.

�� Role & Responsibilities 

• Reporting into the sales director, proactively attract customers and manage existing accounts in this niche market.  
• Supporting and driving growth by actively promoting all divisional products and services to a portfolio of existing and new clients  
• Working closely with other departments to ensure customer demands are met to a high standard. 
• Achieve budgeted levels of revenue in a profitable and professional manner, while rigorously adopting company policies and procedures 
• To implement a territory sales strategy which focuses on increased customer penetration. 

�� Skills & Experience Required 

• Experience within the hire / construction industry is preferred. 
• Understanding of technical drawings would also be beneficial.  
• Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop their career.  
• Full product training will be given as well as continuous support.
