We are recruiting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hire Controller to join the team of a national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction industry.

Previous experience within the powered access industry sector is required for this role.

Our client has a great reputation in the industry and is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and flexible all-rounder to work as part of a busy hire desk team within a supportive company.

Salary – up £33k / annum + bonus
Hours – 8.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Role

• First point of contact for customer enquiries
• Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment.
• Calculating and supply of quotes
• Processing hires speedily and accurately
• Planning transport for deliveries and collections
• Proactively working with all internal departments
• Dealing with damages, calculating costs, liaising with customers regarding damages
