We’re seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the UK & Ireland region. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and expanding our customer base across temperature control solutions. Working closely with the Country Director, you’ll shape and deliver the regional sales strategy while contributing to the wider European business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional sales team (account managers, telesales, support)
- Deliver rental and sales revenue in line with targets
- Create and execute strategic sales plans and KPIs
- Grow key accounts and win new business across target sectors
- Drive lead generation and conversion through sales and marketing activity
- Ensure strong CRM usage, reporting and pipeline managemen
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve high performance
- Travel regularly across the UK & Ireland
Required Skills
- Proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record
- Experience in the rental market (essential)
- Temperature control sector experience (preferred)
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Strong leadership and communication skills
