Role & Responsibilities 
      

  • First point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment.
  • Calculating and supply of quotes
  • Planning transport for deliveries and collections
  • To proactively work with all departments
  • Dealing with damages and calculating costs.
  • Full training on product range will be given.

Skills & Experience Required 

  • Hire desk experience is desirable but not essential 
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Office based customer service and admin experience
