Job Title – Area Sales Manager
Location – Glasgow and surrounding areas
Salary – £40k – £44k basic + Bonus OTE £55k+
Package – Hybrid Car + Bonus + Excellent Pension + Health + Lunch allowance

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join the sales team of a very established company with a very good reputation within the construction equipment rental industry. They supply equipment & services to the construction industry.

• Reporting into the sales director, proactively attract customers and manage existing accounts in this niche market.
• Supporting and driving growth by actively promoting all divisional products and services to a portfolio of existing and new clients
• Working closely with other departments to ensure customer demands are met to a high standard.
• This is a client focused position, and you will work in a professional manner whilst adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Achieve budgeted levels of revenue in a profitable and professional manner, while rigorously adopting company policies and procedures
• To implement a territory sales strategy which focuses on increased customer penetration.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience within the hire / construction industry is preferred.
• Understanding of technical drawings would also be beneficial.
• Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop their career. 
• Full driving license.
• Full product training will be given as well as continuous support.
