Job Title – Account Manager
Location – Flexible across UK regions (with travel to depots and client sites)
Salary – £40k – £50k basic + Bonus OTE £60k+
Package – Hybrid Car + Bonus + Pension
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and commercially driven Account Manager join a high performing sales team, which supports three leading product divisions within the company portfolio. The company supply a wide range of plant hire, telehandlers, power generation, lifting equipment and powered access across the UK. They are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced, cross-sector environment.
Role
- You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio accounts.
- Promote complementary solutions across all three product divisions.
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities
- Deliver revenue targets and strategic growth plans.
- Conduct site visits and deliver technical consultations
- Reporting into the Sales Director / Managing Director.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in technical field sales, preferably in construction hire, plant equipment, or material handling.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Comfortable working independently and across multiple business units.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Target-driven with a track record of sales results and exceeding revenue goals
- Enjoy a role with variety, autonomy, and impact
- Full product training will be given as well as continuous support.
