Job Title – Hire Controller
Location – Birtley
Salary – Up to £31k / annum + bonus
Role:
- First point of contact for customer enquiries
- Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment.
- Calculating and supply of quotes
- Planning transport for deliveries and collections
- Proactively work jointly with all departments
- Dealing with damages, calculating costs, liaising with customers regarding damages and ensuring payment is received
- Full training on product range will be given
Requirements:
- Able to prioritise and deal with issues in a timely manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Has the capacity to work autonomously and to prioritise their workload to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft packages.
- Has strong business awareness and attention detail in every aspect of their work.
