We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join the team of a national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction industry. Our client has a great reputation in the industry and is seeking an Area Sales Manager with a hunger and talent to maintain existing, and to identify new business opportunities covering the northern central belt.

Role

• Identify and maximize revenue through cross selling to existing accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and introduce new customers to the company
• Manage and prioritise a portfolio of customers to ensure revenue growth
• Actively support major accounts with regular visibility and relationship building
• Prepare and submit proposals and quotations based on relevant credit info
• Review customer spend regularly and review rates accordingly
• Build effective relationships across all customers and key departmental contacts
• Preparation and submission of reports to Regional Sales Manager
